About This Event
USAT Sanctioned event 500yd. pool swim in a 25 yard pool (snake swim). A 13 mile out and back bike ride with some sharp turns, flat and fast. Takes you halfway around Lake Hefner and back 5 km out and back run, some turns and normal neighborhood hills.

Packet Pickup is on Saturday August 2 from 3 - 6 p.m. at the Lighthouse Fitness Center, the race site. You are responsible for knowing the information and the USAT rules that is provided in your packet. Race director WILL NOT interfere with USAT race officials rulings.

ChampionChip Timing
Our race will be timed using the ChampionChip Timing System. Chips will be given to athletes the morning of the race. You must present your race number to get a chip. Racers that own their own chip should check with the timer to insure your information is correct.

PACKET PICKUP
There will be NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP (unless you are from out of town) or REGISTRATIONS. NO TRANSFERS & NO REFUNDS. YOU, AND ONLY YOU, MAY PICK UP YOUR RACE PACKET. Have your photo ID plus your membership card, unless you''re purchasing a one-day pass. You cannot pickup somebody else''s packet and vice versa.

PACKET PICKUP & LATE REGISTRATION: Lighthouse Fitness Center, 3333 W. Hefner, OKC. August 2nd, Saturday 3 - 6 p.m. REGISTER BY FRIDAY NIGHT! Any registrations after Friday 9 p.m., on-line or walk-in, will receive an end-of-the-line SWIM seeding. REGISTRATION WILL BE CAPPED AT 300!
