  • Beef Tenderloin
  • Beef tenderloin rubbed with herbs and olive oil and roasted to perfection.
  • Servings: 15
Ingredients
  • 1 whole beef tenderloin, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 3 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
Directions
  • Place all ingredients except beef into food processor, and blend well.
  • Spread herb mix over beef tenderloin.
  • Roast at 375 degrees F until internal temperature is 145 degrees F (medium).
Serving Ideas:
  • Great with Mandarin Orange Salad and Home-style Green Beans.
Notes:
  • To save time, have your butcher prepare and tie the beef tenderloin while at the grocery store.
